Biography

      I was born on July 23, 1974 in Iasi, Romania. Currently I live in Buzau. I am married since 2002 and have a son born in 2007.

      In 1992 I graduated high school "Mihai Eminescu" of Buzau.

      I received the B.E. in Aerospace Engineering and in Informatics from University “Politehnica” of Bucharest in 2000 and University „Dunarea de Jos” of Galati in 2002, respectively. In 2009 I obtained doctoral degree in Automatics from University “Politehnica” of Bucharest, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers.

      From 2001-2004, I was first Marketing Analyst and then Researcher in Machines and Thermal Equipment at the GRUP ROMET Buzau.

      Since 2004, I was Quality Surveillance Receiving Inspector and Pressure Test Supervisor (for Reactor Building and Service Building) at the Nuclear Power Plant Unit Two Site of Cernavoda.

      Since as 2006 I work as telecommunication engineer (database & web development, design, development, monitoring, operation and maintenance of computer networks and radio communications networks) at the Special Telecommunications Service in Romania.

      Since 2004, I was associated with the PREMINV Research Laboratory at the University “Politehnica” of Bucharest first as Ph.D. Student and from 2009 as Ph.D.

      I have been active in the fields of the thermodynamic, nuclear systems, quality of services, design, risk management, professional risk assessment, industrial informatics, open source software, knowledge management, knowledge based systems, expert systems, computers, computer integrated enterprise, computer networks, radio communications network, networks design and collaborative design systems.
